Fees & Charges (Extended Payment Plans)
- A once only establishment fee of $25 applies
- If you do not have an active account balance on your card, then you will not be charged any other fees at all
- When you do actively use your card and have an active balance, fees and charges will apply, including a monthly account service fee of $2.95
- When you apply for CareCredit, you will be told about all the applicable fees and charges before you progress your application
